Her services include Ofqual recognition applications, compliance auditing against the General Conditions of Recognition, and development of Annual Statements of Compliance. Emma provides regulatory guidance to Governing Bodies and offers interim Responsible Officer services and board participation.

She brings extensive governance expertise, advising on board effectiveness, committee structures, and strategic decision-making frameworks. Emma supports organisations in defining long-term objectives and sustainable growth pathways.

Her financial due diligence and planning services include financial health assessments, budget forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, pricing strategies, and financial risk evaluation. She also provides expert guidance on UK Government tender assessment and submission processes.
