Prior to joining UKEB, Teresa held senior leadership roles within leading educational institutions, where she directed awarding operations, implemented assessment reforms, and enhanced institutional compliance across multiple campuses. She has worked closely with regulatory authorities and senior leadership teams to ensure awarding integrity, operational effectiveness, and sustainable institutional growth.

Her expertise extends to OFQUAL-regulated awarding bodies, where she has been instrumental in strengthening assessment validity, reliability, transparency, and awarding governance. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors and a recipient of the prestigious Queen’s Award for International Enterprise.
