Ms. Eleanor Cabana Cariño is the Finance and Operations Manager at The UK Examinations Board Ltd, where she oversees budgeting, payroll administration, centre-level financial audits, and financial reporting. With over two decades of experience in accounting, payroll systems, and financial operations across the UAE and the Philippines, she ensures institutional compliance, fiscal responsibility, and the smooth execution of operational finance activities.

Currently also serving as Senior Accountant at Future Education World FZ LLC (RAK), Ms. Cariño is responsible for VAT reporting, cash flow projections, ledger reconciliations, and external reporting. Her career spans roles in payroll accounting, accounts payable, and finance leadership at IBM, Infosys BPO, and SunPower Manufacturing Ltd. She has also worked on financial transitions in the United States, contributing to global accounting process improvements.
